  • Virtual Frap User Interface:
  1. ROI Toolbox – To assist on automatically defining ROIs and plotting ROI time course data.
  2. ROI Selection box – To identify existing ROIs or define new ROIs.
  3. Drawing Toolbox – To paint, erase and fill pixels on the image.
  4. Image Adjustment Toolbox – To zoom in/out, increase/reduce image contrast and crop image by customized or default rectangular window.
